You can chose one of two ways to communicate your ideas.
Write a 200 word essay advising your sister what to do with this fish. Base your arguments on the information you have collected and on your own values regarding risk.
Write the dialog that occurs between you and your sister when you tell her what you have found out and what you think she should do. You may include your parents in the conversation if you think they can handle it. This dialog MAY include as much family drama as you like, but MUST include a logical argument based on a comprehensive presentation of your research.
