Finding a Place to Live

Scenario

You are planning to live on your own for a year after you graduate from high school, while you decide whether or not you want to go to college.  Your parents are being transferred to another state and you want to keep your residency in Illinois to get an in-state tuition rate, in case you do decide to go to college.  You must find a place to live that you can afford, in the Downers Grove area.  Living with a relative's or friend's family is not an option.

Task

Your task (and you must choose to accept this assignment) is to find an affordable place to live that meets your needs and wants in the Downers Grove, IL area.  Begin by answering the essential question, then proceed to answer the foundation questions.  This information will not self-destruct in 10 seconds, so you can come back to it as needed.  Good luck!

Search for apartments by region in the United States.  Information is provided about specific apartments.  The site contains a word description of the apartment complex with several pictures, a checklist of amenities and features, cost, business hours and directions to the complex.
